Misgendering
The society’s constitution along with EUSA’s discrimination policy make it clear that misgendering someone is a form of discrimination.
- If you misgender someone, apologise and correct yourself
- If you continue to misgender someone, or do not apologies and put your foot down, you will be given a formal warning, if this behaviour is then repeated further this may be escalated accordingly such as removal from sessions and suspensions
- We would advise you to change your discord handle on the server to your name and pronouns to avoid confusion
Conduct in the Salle
Under absolutely no circumstances can you threaten anyone with violence in and outside the salle. This will lead to you being immediately removed from the session and suspended from club activities for a period of time. If repeated, or you actually carry out any form of violence, this will lead to you being suspended from the society and reported to EUSA.
